Under the stock abbreviation “AND TECH” (Stock Code: 920180), a total of 29.53 million shares were issued at an offering price of RMB 7.67 per share. The public offering raised approximately RMB 227 million in total funds, which will be mainly invested in innovative research and development and key project construction, supporting continuous technological iteration and capacity upgrading.

The listing ceremony was simultaneously held in Zhangjiagang. Han Wei, Secretary of the Zhangjiagang Municipal Party Committee, delivered a speech. He shared that Zhangjiagang is accelerating the development of a modern “5+5+N” industrial system to expand the scale of biomedicine and high-end medical device industries. He expressed sincere expectations for AND TECH to take this listing as a new starting point, accelerate production expansion, R&D center upgrading and global market expansion, and deliver high-quality “Zhangjiagang-manufactured” orthopedic products to more patients worldwide.
