Femoral Neck System

Femoral Neck System (FNS) is a dedicated implant for AO 31‑B femoral neck fractures. It integrates main nail and interlocked forked anti‑rotation screw, delivers intraoperative dynamic compression, reliable angular‑rotational stability with minimally‑invasive implantation.

Product Features

FNS realizes intraoperative power‑pressurisation up to 20 mm; reserved outer‑side space avoids patient discomfort caused by lateral implant protrusion.

FNS adopts special forked anti‑rotation screw interlocked with main nail, preventing femoral head rotational displacement and fitting for narrow femoral neck anatomy with better anti‑rotation performance than DHS.

FNS maintains stable angle between main nail and anti‑rotation screw, effectively resisting varus collapse and femoral‑neck shortening, providing superior angular stability versus ordinary cannulated screws.

FNS features compact plate structure and unique in‑plate guided‑sliding design. It occupies less space than DHS and reduces lateral protrusion for smaller surgical incision.

FNS is equipped with matched dedicated instruments including insertion device and protective sleeve to guide implantation and protect surrounding soft‑tissue.
